The rep told me that they have different offers all the time for either 10k, 20k, or 30k bonus points and told me that this is the best offer currently available

By Chase it is, by Amex tho people had success in less.

Called yesterday and was told that "my account isn't showing this upgrade offer." Don't know if that means they're now targeting it or if that's just the lingo they're using, but figured I would share the data point.

I just got a targeted email to upgraded again for an additional 30k with 10k spend.

Has anyone been able to upgrade on the same offer 2x?

cool, so obviously the once-per-lifetime bonus does not apply to business accts.

I did the 25K and 30K and got the points. Did 30K a second time, in response to a targeted email, (and the offer was also showing at the top of my online accounts,) but did not get the points

[BTW, the offer is still showing at the top of my online accounts, even though I am already Platinum.]

Anyway, you may as well try, you don't have much to lose.

You can still upgrade by phone but no bonus.

I just upgraded my green card for the second time two days ago and just confirmed that I will be getting 30,000 bonus points after $10k of spending.
And you could upgrade even if you don't get the bonus points and just do the $200 airline fee shtick with pggm. Then downgrade within 60 days and you will not be charged the annual fee.

I had it on my account but I used a different link.(not the one on my account) I figured even if I don't get the bonus points I'll make a quick $200. But the representative told me that I will get it and she noted my account.
