Should go right away. Not showing as plat online?

When I upgraded they told me it would take 24-48 hours to reflect as a plat in the system, it took 24 hours before my card art changed on the site, ymmv. I'm also assuming this a prereq for pggm but could be wrong on that assumption as well.

I think that as long as you can choose an airline to register it will go, regardless of card art status.

When I try to upgrade gold via link... it tells me I need to call etc. (even in incognito, and even when using card digits instead of loggin in).
I hear the six months theory, but what's weird is that if I go into my Amex account, I can actually upgrade it (without the extra points for 10k spending...).

Can anyone help me out? I'd like to upgrade and get the points:)
