So as a follow up Amex was screwing around and wasnt issuing bonus points. I sent a really long email to Mr. Kenneth Chenault CEO of American Express with a call back number. BTW I was told by 5 agents, 6 chats and quite a few secure messages theres now way for them to expedite the bonus points unless its pending which it wasnt. I received a call back from Mr. Chenaults Executive Team today, the guy was very apologetic issued me the points in 20 seconds it was shown on my account and then they gave me 10,000 bonus points for the trouble. Nice ending to the headache they gave me and now I just set up the platinum upgrade:)
