Amex Platinum $200 Fee Credit Coding Correctly?

I just got the business platinum from AMEX. I wanted to make sure that buying gift certificates from American or Jetblue was still coding correctly and getting reimbursed before I did so....?

You can also buy Amazon or other GC at MileagePlusX App

This works just by buying 4 x $50 Amazon Gift-cards from within the MileagePlus App? No issues reported?

I upgraded prom PRG to Platinum. I already received 100 airline credit when it was a gold card. Anyone know if I can get the full 200 platinum credit or just another 100? PS It is asking me to reselect an airline which I did already when it was a gold card.
