I had an add-on item in my cart. I put in the pens (thank you OP) and went to checkout.
They had both things avialable to check out. They let me pick no hurry shipping for my add-on item (snagged $1 digital credit), but it wasn't available for the pens, so I got a .97 courtesy discount!!
Free pens, $1 digital credit and my add-on item is shipping in 2 weeks.
Edit: The courtesy discount was not because of this order. I ordered something else a bit later and got a discount on that too. I must have had it in my account, although I don't know why.
