opening a Business CC for a organization?

It works the same as any other biz cc they will pull your personal credit,

And unless its your own org. before you give them your credit info make sure that they will really be paying the bill. Amex and for that matter any credit card company couldn't care less how chashuv your mosad is , or how hard tuition collection was that month . I know people who messed up their credit really quick this way.

If you need the money you can is: ask the admin etc to open the account and put you as a additional and in the worst case if they don't pay just call up amex and tell them that you just notified that they have you as additional although its should be just a authorized user,

As long as they don't make you sign anything (like chase does) it will work.

But no points or your side, unless you worked it out with your organizations corp...
