I see upgrade pricing on Apple. Seems like a no brainier to go for the 128gb for $100 over the 32gb, especially with the size of the photos that will be stored. Is 256gb way too much?

Phone size wise, yes. But the 7+ has bigger camera area then 6+ so that would probably be blocked.

ETA: looks like the 6+ otterbox has enough room for the 7+ camera.

Depends how you feel about photography (I feel like that's the main noticeable difference).

So far I'm looking at the iPhone 7+ 128GB Black. Was gonna get the 7 since not such a fan of the larger screen size, but the camera features in the 7+ make it worth adjusting my grip for.

Ya, based on some googling it seems a new case is required for best performance.

Question now is what case. I've been using the Otterbox Defender and it's amazing especially with a kid that throws our phones multiple times a day. Are other cases as good as the defender? Would love to get something slimmer...
