Planning to sign up for this. Just one quick question:

Looked at PP site, and it seems that with Standard membership, there is still a $27 charge per visit. Is that the case or I am reading it wrong? I dont travel much, but if I can get in for free for my upcoming trip, I will sign up.

If you have an amex plat then you get free access and if you want to bring a guest its $27

). Just curious, why do they show a per visit charge of $27 on PP Join page (https://www.prioritypass.com/mobile/index.cfm), or is it that Platinum offers Standard Plus or Prestige memberships for free?

The Amex one offers free visits to the cardholder.

Well, 2 different experts have confirmed that Amex Plat offers free visits to the cardholder. So, I am going to sign up for this, despite what is showing on PP site. I trust you guys more

When did priority pass add air France lounges? I just updated the app, and I see now air France as another option in JFK, and finally one option with air France in SFO, there is also in BOS maybe more.

Did anyone try getting in with a card that doesn't match id? I want to give my wife my card, Will they let her in? I'm not flying...

The $27 fee per guest can be paid with the $200 amex travel credit. ( automatically deducted )

Yes, 60 days from the time the fee was billed.

Although I cancelled my Amex Platinum a year ago, I just received a letter from Priority Pass that since I'm a Plat. cardholder they are renewing my PP membership and enclosed a new card.

1 - Is this a mistake?

2 - Will the card allow me free access to lounges even though I'm no longer a Platinum cardholder?

What's really strange is I called Priority Pass and they say I have an active Amex Plat, which I don't.

I got today my pass , and I want to close my platinum card , I am flying in 3 weeks . will it still be active ?? it says expires fab 2019 ,

can someone help ?

my PP was cancelled a week after platinum was closed
