I'm holding a non refundable ticket to Iceland for next week. There's a 95% chance I will need to cancel due to a health issue with one of my family members and I won't even know for sure until that morning whether I will be able to make it or not.
It's non refundable, so I am out the money anyway if i don't fly -- what happens if I don't call them to cancel until the last minute - or I end up rushing to the hospital due to this family situation and forget to call them at all due to being pre-occupied ? Nothing at all? Do they put non-refundable no shows on a naughty list?
