Iím closing down my CSR in a about a month, I donít plan on traveling at all before that. So I canít make use of the 1.5 for travel, any advice on what I should do with my 20k points? Any better options than just using it for cash back? My only other chase card is a freedom, should I transfer my points to that card?any advice?

Yes transfer them to the Freedom and then you can use/sell them at a later date (maybe youíll upgrade back to CSR or another card thatíll allow you to transfer to airline miles)

Does anyone know about this,
"Discount air
Save $100 when you book a qualifying itinerary for 2 to 5 travelers."

Does it apply to the Reserve, it is supposed to be for all Infinite cards, how do I get it?

It's a benefit of visa infinite cards. The CSR is not included, but the RC card is.

If I downgrade the reserve, will the priority pass still work?

Yes, but not sure if it'll work until the exp date or if it just takes some time for PP to get the message that its no longer active.

My sister got sick on a trip to israel, booked with UR from CSR. The benefits rep told us they would only refund the change fee charged by the airline, to change her return, not the difference in fare. Anyone know if that is the case. (They also could not tell me what the unused portion of her roundtrip ticket was.)

I know regular trip insurance will cover. I just had to change a trip for medical reasons and my insurance, Travel Insured, covered the whole thing, including the fare increase.

IINM, Chases policy, is they'll refund you which effectively paying for the new flight, without the fare increase.

But how much do they refund you in the middle of a trip?
