I booked a fight (domestic) with ultimate rewards last week and during booking process it said I could cancel until 9pm MT the following day.

The text specified that this was only if the flights were booked more than 7 days in advance.

DW left this morning and her lounge card came after she left. Can she use it on the way back without the card?

There's no digital card for the Chase version of Priority Pass, but she can swipe the CSR and Chase will refund the $27 (?) lounge fee up to two times if she calls. Not sure if guests are included in the refund policy. (She might need the PP number for the desk; not sure.)

PP? Sure.  She has to download the app,  or at least that makes it easier.  She may have to call in for a code,  which she gets by giving her membership number or credit card number.

Last I knew, the CSR PP isn't eligible for the digital version. People need to carry the physical card.

Which app would that be? Both of us are not into this smartphone stuff.  :-[

Yes, the digital cards exist — I've been using it for a year — but it's not available for the CSR's PP, unless something has changed in the past few weeks.

I was amex plat qualified when I did this a few weeks ago,  but that seems crazy.

Crazy, but true, as of the last time I read about it.

Amex Plat and Citi Prestige both offer the digital card.

According to the Internet,  if you charge entry to your csr card they'll refund upon request if you were a member.  Absolutely unverified

Card number/picture of the PP card should be enough. They can enter the number manually.
