The latter. You need to transfer the points to the CSR

Awesome, exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks

Not sure if it was mentioned yet, but you don't get a digital pp card in the app with the CSR unlike amex plat which does. You must bring the actual card with you.

Read through most of this thread and didn't find this answer, (sorry if it was already answered), if I become an AU on my husbands reserve card can I get my own PP for lounge access when I fly without him?

how does the airline credit work ? people make it sound like if i buy an airline ticket for any mount up to $300 then chase will refund me $300, it doesnt make sense that it works that way, it has to be that there are things that qualify and things that dont.

Its not airline credit. Its travel credit. Any travel related expense gets credited. See this thread and it's wiki: http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=68940.0

And every time you make a travel purchase, it gets credited. Up to $300. It does not work that if you make a $10 purchase, you get a $300 credit. You would get a $10 credit. It is cumulative for the year, up to $300.
