Login to your chase account and find the LHRC page. It should give you some answers
Fwiw I think this answers both of my questions

IMO this makes this particular benifit completely useless

I know Wiki mentions Global Entry or TSA Preè Credit, but the person who is giving me this credit just wants to be certain that TSA Pre will be reimbursed. So, I will ask the question again:

Does chase CSR pay for both GE and TSA pre? Or it is only for GE?

Thanks.

Did the online application for Global Entry 4-5 days ago still shows pending, should it take so long?

i booked a hotel via chase's travel agency, using sapphire points.
when i checked into the hotel (Hyatt), they told me I can't get Hyatt points for my stay, because the reservation was made via a third party.

is that true?

thanks in advance

Afaik, they are not, unless they are an au or dependant family member. But can't confirm for the CSR specifically.
