But the YMMV in this instance is fundamentally incorrect.  There is nothing excluding fast food restaurants or cafes and no data points pointing at the like.  Please stop with the nitpicking.

I agree. fast food has always posted as a restaurant - that shouldn't be a YMMV situation. Perhaps in some situations (fast food at an airport), it might be different but vast majority always post correctly

Amex has a rule that if you use 30 day car inyyou have to wait 24 hours before starting a new cycle of 30 days does anyone know the rules by sapphire reserve?

The chase website doesnt offer every airline when booking travel online. Does anyone know if I find a cheaper flight on another airline that isnt on the chase site, can i call chase up and they will give me the conversion of 1.5:1 booked over the phone?

Unless you need a paid trip for status, transfer points and book with points, you get a better than 1.5 value for southwest points.
