So a Jewish woman from Israel, started a website without this return pick for the 1st 3 years she was open. Then she suddenly became an anti semite and started to take revenge on the Jews. All the while while actively destroying her business out of spite.

OK that makes a lot more sense

The fact is we don't know and all this press has caused a big chilul hashem on both sides (people saying the store is discriminating and people talking about the terrible Jews who abuse everything)

Why has the Jewish media outlets decided that this is OK?

My whole point is this:
Maybe it's discrimination maybe its smart business
Nobody knows.

But with what halachic right do blogs like the Lake wood scoop and only simchas and vas in neis have to post an article that at best is lashon harah about a Jewish woman. (and possibly motzie shem rah)
And don't tell me they are only stating facts because the entire story is designed to suggest discrimination. I have not heard a single good answer to this question.

Revenge implies malicious intent. And not offering a cash refund is certainly a deterrent from purchasing things with the intent to return them.

Both customers and potential customers are painted in a negative light from the return policy.

Why is it lashon Hora to not recommend a store. No one is personally blasting the owner by name. At least as far as I saw.

There is no proof that this policy protects her business. Her return policy is so atrocious that there's nothing left to protect. It's her problem that people are upset. She is the one that is embarrassing our community, and she had multiple chances to defend or change her policy but decided not to.
