I'm not sure what you're trying to point out. The initial return policy allowed 14 days. That probably got abused. So she shortened it to 7. Still had issues. Not sure why you have such a problem with her making a business decision based on her experience.
You're a smart man, you see exactly what was posted in the link. Though it was mostly a response to:
Almost. First all returns, then no Brooklyn, then no used returns.
She never offered refunds for used or late returns. Pretty darn hard to abuse that stringent policy.
She later added no cash refunds for 3 areas, and later 2 more areas.
I have no problems with making a business decision, but she didn't have to turn it into a smear campaign is all I'm saying.
