That's actually the best email cancellation I've ever seen.
They won't send anyone marketing emails unlike every other cancelation I've seen.
And yes Libman is 1000% legit. Great mops.

My answer is close to NO.
If the hack stole our info, how do they have email addresses to send this letter backing out of giving us our free mops?
I'm not happy.  I'll have to keep using my old one or (gasp!) buy a new one by myself!

I'm just disappointed not to get the mop.


On their website, they seem to only have stores in IL.  So I guess they are small enough not to have approved so many free mops.  Although after hearing the testimonials on this thread, I may keep an eye our for Libman.

They sell them in Target and I've seen them in Right Aid.
