I miss the soft key that pulls down the notification area from the top. You can add it from the screen customization menu. Loved that on my old g2. Samsung doesn't have it. Instead of 3 icons on the bottom u have 4

Love it!
You can actually have 5 soft buttons. Is there any way to customize the qslide apps from that button?

The more I use the V20, the more it impresses me.
Truly a jack of all trades. Lots of customization options, lightning quick, swappable battery.
Software is much better than Samsung's.

This phone looks like a real winner to me!

Did you consider the Pixel or were you already sold on the V20 when it was announced?

I personally don't value that much. V20 definitely has a better camera and it has expandable storage but neither of those are deal breakers/makers for me. I like the vanilla Android on the Pixel, but the second screen on the V20 looks very cool.  ???

If the Note7 didn't blow up I would have considered that.
I don't see any advantage of the Pixel over V20 except for Vanilla Android while there are lots of V20 advantages.

Vanilla Android is a huge advantage. What are the V20 advantages in your book?

Downloaded the windows program and followed instructions:
http://pdanet.co/

Worked great via USB and Bluetooth. Would have bailed right away and stocked up on a few Note Edges if it didn't work :D
It worked! thanks!
I was never able to get wifi to work with sprint, always used usb.
My issue was i still had a samsung driver on my computer instead of LG...

Really want to upgrade to this device but just can't seem to get used to the size.     Wish more companies would follow Apple and now Google in creating smaller phones with high specs.

I had the G5, couldn't get used to
1. No front home button
2. Fingerprint reader on the back.
3. The screen, coming from Samsung makes it very hard to get used to it, Samsung screens  work well to the eye in daylight and dark.

Have you gotten used to it @dan?

It's taken a bit, but I have gotten used to 1 and 2. The fingerprint reader really is amazingly quick and is nearly as fast as a front home button. And I like the extra security as I've never had a code in the past due to the time it took.

The auto screen brightness is probably my primary sore point. Definitely not as accurate as Sammy, but I'm still playing with the settings. But other than that I have no complaints.

I have small hands.  I like being able to do things one handed.  I really want to make it work as my only other option is the Pixel and I can't justify spending that much on a phone.  It's a great device though as well.

Maybe I just have to change the way I use my phone in general. Something about constantly pulling out a huge device all the time that isn't working out well with me.

Though having a large screen is def nice at times.

I also have small hands. After a while you do get used to a large phone though.

When I need to use it one-handed it's really easy to shrink the screen down to either side which is nice. Better screen shrink method than Samsung's. But other than that I like having the giant screen even if it takes both hands.

The v20 is not cheap either...
Are you getting 1 subsidized and the other not?

Yes, subsidized through Sprint with loyalty discount on top of that and $200 credit with trade in of any smartphone.
