This is a agency that is owned and ran by frum jews. They've obviously just suffered a TREMENDOUS loss (aside the harm it can cause to their reputation)! I'm sure the pain is great enough. No need to rub it in, with every cute remark that comes to mind...

Maskim, but am curious whether this is the result of their negligence or some uncontrollable and unforeseeable event.

I don't understand one thing. According to the reports I'm hearing, the plane did not pass inspection. Why can't they just get a new one? I'm assuming the charter company has more than one plane.

I would assume that a charter company, unlike a large airline, does not have airplanes laying around. Airplanes on the ground don't make money, so they probably utilize their fleet every possible moment.
