Per my research, the Uman charter will be the aircraft used for the Iron Maiden world tour (Ed Force One), i guess this as well

Lol, But I imagine Do All would enforce a non-smoking rule.

Regarding smoking, I would imagine that FAA regs apply at least while in US airspace. And the answer might also depend on where the aircraft is registered.

And why would the plane need to sit in TLV for 12 days? Wouldn't the charter company use it for the intervening days and fly it back for the return flight?

-1 it's perfectly legal to smoke on a private plane, no difference where the plane is situated!

ETA: I was talking from personal experience, but a quick Google search backs it up.

What about if your luggage is lost and the entire plane is delayed for 24hrs? Who are you quicker gonna get comp from?

Does that apply only to private flights or also to commercial flights? I imagine that the regulations are different.
