Chase Slate

What's the best way to go about getting a CL increase on Chase Slate? I have the Sapphire Preferred with a huge CL. Anyone have any experience with this? Anyone have any issues when using the Slate?

There's a thread for general questions - http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=8028.0 it's stickied too. no reason to make  a new thread.

To answer your question, have you actually called and asked to shift credit?

Just opened the card. Not sure which number I call or where to find it or if they're even open today for that, so not yet.

Didn't get the card yet. Just applied 30 minutes ago and got approved for $600. And got it in case, I need a mini-loan between now and the summer, I would just transfer a balance on another card that I used to add money to my RedCard. But with a $600 limit, it's not really anything. I've opened way too many cards in the last few months, which might explain the initial low CL. New to the whole points game, so some of the cards I opened (also in the recent months) before I got into in the recent months are worthless cards (at least for my purposes).

Call the # on the back of your SP card
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

My brother got a notification that his slate will not be renewed after the expiration date of his current card (next month) due to inactivity. He called the number on the back of the card and was told there's nothing they can do for a renewal decline.
He has a large cl and will need the 0% checks in the near future.
