I have never rented a mini van at yul, but I have rented many times from this budget location. They have a $50/day deal with "the jewish community". You can call and ask about their special mini van rates for "the jewish community"

They might also be able to make you a reservation by the airport but be carefull abou that. Once I asked them to do that for me (for a car in vancouver) and since the rate they give is like a coroporate rate but without a corporate, so they put it under some random corporate account (costco I think). then in vancouver they didnt want to give me the car without proof that I'm connected to the corporate....
