Does anyone know of any UNDERAGE car rentals for 19 year olds in Israel?

I found a great rate on a 7 seater from greenmotion (ace) via holidayauto.com. it was $320 usd total. That $150 cheaper than any place else, but company has lots of bad reviews.

Anyone with any good codes or tips for car rentals? Best i'm getting for two days FCO (Rome), automatic including all taxes AND a CARSEAT (for 1.5 year old) is $200 total. apr 19, 8am - apr 21, 8am.
