Definitely write to UA and ask why they didn't get the meals from Oahu Kosher.
My email to UA:
On the flight from HNL to EWR we received kosher meals from Regal
Catering. I am very grateful that UA offers the option of a kosher meal
and thank you for continuing to do so. However, I do have a question
about the kosher meal option. This past February (on the same flight),
we received kosher meals from Oahu Kosher which were absolutely
delicious. This is in complete contrast to the barely edible meal we
received from Regal on this flight. I am writing to ask why UA did not
use Oahu Kosher to provide kosher meals from HNL to EWR on this flight
and ask that in the future you please consider providing kosher meals
from Oahu Kosher rather than Regal or another company.

is important and we really try to provide individual attention for these
meals. I sincerely apologize we missed the mark. We'll try our best to
ensure this doesn't happen again.
