JFK told someone (around 2 months ago) every family member most have their own apt, but doesn't need to be for the same time, but needs to be for the same date

it doesn't say in the passport, but the GE computers use your passport to search their database to see if you are a member. When you get a new passport you have to visit an enrollment center and have your GE updated to reflect the new passport.

try logging into your GE account and updating the info there, see if it works
and next time you use GE, just to be safe have the GE card with you in case it doesn't work

I was approved right away and my wife waited three months. When I called he said there's nothing wrong with it, it happens.

Just got the appointment today for September. I'm going to go with DH in August to his appointment and hope they take me.
