Reporting back.

None was needed!
How do you apply for them? It asks for 5 yr employment status?

My wife and kid are flying to Tel Aviv from Boston on EL AL. They both have global entry and known traveller numbers, however when booking with elal there is no place to put the known traveller number in. I know it has to be on your ticekt for it to work with TSA pre check, does ELAL not have this ability? I have waited 45 minutes on hold with them and have not been able to get someone on the phone.

Has anyone had this situation before?

i sent Chase a secure message about it, and this is the reply I got:
"the TSA Pre-Check / Global Entry Statement credit of up to $100 every 4 years as reimbursement for the application fee charged to the card, is applicable for both, the Primary and authorized users. Please note that it is one credit issued every four years per account."

Exactly, once per account that's either the primary or an authorized user not both

A passport, IME. Proof of address and guardianship can't hurt either, in case you're asked.

you don't really need it as he said but it can't hurt to bring it if you have it. A 2 year old can have a bank account or insurance papers for proof of address.

I have global for my 1 year son, upon entering in EWR, the TSA officer didn't let me use global because my son fingerprint aren't on file, so I asked the officer what's the point of global for baby, he answered me call the TSA office and ask them. Does anyone have experience using global for a baby ? Or can I add my fingerprint on his name ??

The kiosks don't work for little kids but they let you go to the front of the line for them. Cannot add your fingerprints.
