My global entry appointment is next week. When filling out the application for my wife I used her married name, her passport is still under her maiden name. The application was conditionally approved, if I bring our marriage certificate any chance they will issue her global entry?

I'm sure I am not the only guy who made this mistake. Does anyone have a similar experience?
Just wondering how long did it take for them to give you an appointment? I applied a week ago and it still says "Pending".

When I went to the interview at JFK, the only piece of identity they asked for was our drivers licenses.

I did that and they made me fill out the customs form for her right there but otherwise no issues.

Didn't they need your passport to put the global entry into?

They never looked at it. Just put the sticker in.

Nice. I'm going to show her license with our married name on it and hope they do t realize that the passport is in her maiden name. As a backup I will have the marriage certificate. I hope it works!

Good plan. I wouldn't be too worried. They weren't very anal about ID over there, unlike every other government agency I've ever been to.

My wifes passport has her married name and her i.d has maiden name, we went a few days ago and brought the marriage license but they were pretty cool they dont seem to mind. Bring it just in case.

Around 2 weeks

Took around two weeks to get an approval for scheduling an appointment. The appointment slots fill very quickly, i had to make one almost three weeks from after i received my approval. I went to EWR for my meeting, it took less than 10 minutes and all i needed was something with proof of address.

I got my appointment today, so it took 11 days to get an appointment.

Read through the thread and have a question.
I would like to apply for GE but plan on canceling my plat card in 3 weeks.
How long after applying online does the initial charge post?
What happens if I want to cancel but the charge or refund hasn't posted yet.
Thanks

It should take a day or two to post and then a few more for the credit to appear.

I recently got Nexus.  The charge posted 2 days later but I wasn't getting the credit and wanted to cancel. I called and SM'd multiple times and they insisted that it takes 6-8 weeks for credit to post and that if I cancel the card I lose the credit. On my 10th SM I finally got someone to close the card and manually post a credit at the same time.

Just applied, wow the application is long, and for each piece of info they re-ask your name, dob etc.
Only by the payment page they auto insert your billing address.

Yup!

I was in the airport the other day, and there was a 30 minute wait by Passport Control. I have little kids so I don't use the eye scan of fingerprint booths. When I went up to skip the line (Pilot/FA lane) I just told the guy that I have Nexus/GE and he waived me on to the next available booth without asking for proof. The thought occurred to me that technically anyone could cut the line like that.....
