I think I had the same thing when I applied. Try doing it without any overlaps (even though you moved in the middle of the month). I recall that working for me. Put in 03/2011-02/2012; 03/2012-08/2014 and see if that works.

I was approved today, less than 48 hours since application, and I got an appt. tomorrow at EWR. However, the next available appt. is next week.

I bought GE for an employee of mine 2 days ago and he got approved today scheduled an appointment tomorrow. YMMV

I got into TSA Pre line without having it on my BP (int'l OZ flight) by just showing them my GE card.

Good idea to take card with you.

GE costs $100
TSA Pre costs $85.
Amex reimburses up to $100

I've tried that in the past seeing as my GE card is always in my wallet and they told me if not on BP doesn't help
