I had my global entry interview a few weeks ago. When completing the application, I left off my (dual) Israel citizenship because I had turned in my Israeli passport to the Consulate for renewal.
When I had my interview, they asked me if I have any other citizenships. I wasn't thinking, and said no, my only thought being my interview questions have to match my application. Hindsight is 20-20. I'm kicking myself for that mistake.

Anyways, I got approved for Global Entry- but I know it can be revoked. I just got back my new Israeli passport,  and I actually plan on using it a lot in the future- to get around the reciprocity fees for Brazil and Argentina, and hopefully to Israel.

I would rather just go to the CBP office to add the Israeli citizenship for peace of mind.  Any idea if they can tell what I was asked on my interview (about the citizenship, and I said no others)?

Did anyone use this credit to get Nexus recently? Officially it only works for GE/TSA Pre now.

For Nexus, were you refunded
1)Automatically
2)With a call to CS
3) Not refunded

Does Toronto airport allow walk-ins for the interview?

Depends on how busy they are.

I've tried twice. Once it was packed and they said no and the other time they took me in.

I assume everyone is asked that question.
Just tell them you now have dual citizenship and want to amend your status.

It's not hard to get approved, just annoying to arrange the interview if you're located in NY because it has to be done at an office with both Canadian and U.S. Customs (either a major airport like YYZ, YUL, YVR) or a land crossing which is a far drive from NY area.

You don't because you need Canadian approval. Only Nexus gets it.
But do u need to pay extra 50 or once u have global entry then nexus Is fee?

I did it the reverse way. I paid $50 for Nexus and got GE for free. So I would think that it would work your way too, but that's jut speculation.

Don't know about walk ins but as a data point, I ended up at the airport really early for my appt and even tho I had an appt they wouldn't take me early and kept on calling ppl who where scheduled at that time.

I did it about 2 or 3 years ago ( terms at the time also explicitly said only GE and tsa pre) and I got it credited after calling

I assume everyone is asked that question.
Just tell them you now have dual citizenship and want to amend your status.
Everything worked out in the end- spoke to a few different agents, and they all told me that I don't need to add the second citizenship because Israel is not part of Global Entry.

One extremely misinformed agent told me that it is not legally possible to possess dual citizenship in USA. I thanked her for her time and hung up.

Umm there may be something to that, I remember when I got my citizenship papers they said something about giving up any other citizenship...I was only 12 at the time so I don't remember exactly what is was.

I do however know a few times that I've mentioned something by the border about being dual and the officer told me "you can't tell me about that" so now days I'll leave me other passport visible so they can ask me if they need to or I'll point to it and say "I also have this"

Strange thing is I just came into the US recently with a friend who showed his Canadian passport and during secondary questioning the guy told him "we can see you're American, why did you show us your Canadian passport?" they clearly know some info....

If you are a US citizen you can apply for GE. If they don't ask about your other citizenship you don't have to volunteer that info. If they ask you TELL them the truth. Multiple citizenship alone is not a probable reason for denial. Same at a border, you cross the US border you show your US passport and not another.
Dual citizenship only messes up your chances for higher level Security Clearance not GE.
