My license has my old address on it. Will my bank-credit card statements work as proof of address ?
I had the same issue so I brought with me credit card bills from 2 different banks.
Originally I was going to walk in and put all my documentation on the table but I thought better of it. In the end there were no questions exchanged and no mention of my address.

Ok. I'll do that, and hope it all works out.

Why Do they ask about employment ?
Do they talk about it at the interview?

I was actually wondering the same thing. I only put in my employment from the past 2 years. The prior years were just too complicated in regards to the dates etc. so I just wrote unemployed. Will I have any issues ?

When applying for global entry online there's an option to also get  APEC Business Travel Card.  Is this also covered by Amex?

When applying, does the applicant need the name and address and zip of the credit card to order GE?

Good question but Meshugener up thread seemed to indicate you could...unless I misunderstood.

Twice on the same card....anyone else had that happen?

If there were no questions asked, then what was the interview?

I had my interview in CLE.
Other locations were booked for 10+ weeks.

They confirmed my location and duration of employment.
They asked why I wanted Global Entry.
They also asked if I'm planning international travel.

They fingerprint all 10 fingers (4 R and 4 L and then the 2 thumbs together)
The whole thing was approx 12 minutes total.
