You don't think this was discussed the whole yesterday? It shouldn't be too long before they come to a decision.
If you looked at Dans order numbers, it only amounts to about an 80k loss (really less considering cost price) for them, even if you add SD orders and non-clicks- shouldn't be more than a 150-200k loss (remember most ppl couldn't get through site crash).
For a company worth over 160 billion, it's just lunch money- not that they would just throw that away but doubtful they were sitting around worrying about this all day- they got bigger concerns..
