Home theatre project

I am looking for home theatre system with speakers and reciever .. Also a projector and a screen.. Can someone please help me which is the best ones in the market? Also i keep finding deals on fry's for recievers .. Should I wait for black friday?

Price range for each system?  Multi-purpose room or dedicated room?  Desired number of channels?
