My post is not about a lack of patience, but rather an inquiry to WhyAich about his recent experience (WhyAich has been gracious enough to provide information and recommendations based on his dealings with AS).  If his response is that it takes a week or two, I think that would be helpful to the board.  If his response was that he got an answer in an hour --- then I could start deciding if my request got lost after a day or so.

I do admit that when a great deal comes up, I do attempt to get it as soon as possible --- I think most people who visit DD share this mindset.  But I don't think it has anything to do with a sense of entitlement, rather just trying to get a deal before it expires.

Status match to Alaska: Is it better to match from Jetblue Mosaic or Southwest CP? Any of these would have more of a chance to get MVP Gold over regular MVP?
