I think a bigger issue would be the food. Don't really find price mistakes from caterers. Unless whoever wants in on DO contributes with something.

I can get a hookup, but don't know how well sushi will travel to Niagara. Other food will last better.

I understand that. Was more along the lines of chipping down for catered food, or having people make/bring something.

But then you have the whole issue of "whose hasgacha is the food under" and people not "trusting" other DDF'ers kitchens etc.

With the ridiculous hashgacha discussions had on DDF, this DO would never happen in a bajillion years if there was a potluck DO.

I can get us a house and food is free under a good hashkacha no mishichist worries even ;)

Just saying it may actually work. Who here hasn't wanted to spend shabbos at a graveyard?
