FYI: chabad doesn't do meals/minyanim during down season. You'd need to contact them to set those up

Assuming the family lives there year round we should be able to arrange Minyanim and maybe meals

Chabad has room if they'll let us. Can someone PM the Rabbi I seem to remember he joined. Otherwise we can probably rent it for a pretty minimal fee.
