Has a shabbaton DO ever worked? We might as well have a thread DD user meets fellow DD user. At this stage, I still don't see it as being realistic for people to travel to a location for shabbat not for work, or holiday, simply for a meeting.

just for clarification when we say week after shavuos we mean the 17-18th right... bc thats what I meant just checking to make sure..

I think it is for the 10-11, which is the reason it makes it hard for some people to attend.

thats unfortunate... was hoping it would work out sometime or other... either way will be in the area then to visit family... would have been nice to visit the ddf family as well

Place with a few AA flights every day (for enough award availability) + cheap hotels?
