why didn't United grab this before ELAL, this route was crying out for direct flights
AA should've done it, they have a lot of connecting traffic from SA

How long before united adds Chicago or Dulles?
It's really beyond me what took so long to implement MIA.
Lack of aircraft.
What changed? Why did BOS make more sense than MIA?
David Maimon's son got into Harvard Also MIA was tried before and didn't work.
(though many locals hate that airport, and might prefer flying out of FLL and connecting at JFK).
