Marriott 5 Night + Miles Packages

Anyone here have experience getting Marriott to book these packages officially intended for timeshare owners?
Wondering if it's worth a DDMS post or if its too YMMV.

seems like it all depends on getting the right agent. less eyes on this is better but it will be on the other blogs at some point soon. i will likely be pulling this off jan 1st.

i dont have any experience but i did a lot of research since i'm planning a 5 day Marriott stay. it seems that if you have some sort of elite status with Marriott then they will push it thorugh.
maybe a DDMS would get people to come forward that have had success.

I tried twice so far (with Gold status) but haven't been successful. When it does work, can you also do for Tier 1-3 or just Cat. 1-9?

I was told the return rates and they were pretty paltry. But they told me it can be done.
