Any experts on using BA miles here? Are there any other good uses for BA miles except for AA domestic/AA Hawaii and South America tickets?
does it make sense in general to apply for 2 cards at once like this card and hyatt if it only costs 1 inquiry?
Is there any way to know where this will pull from. Ihave 7 hard pulls on Experian in the last half a year , none by anyone else.
If they've pulled from Experian before, they'll do it again, unless they're unable to for some reason Wanna try it?
Yup, looks like the real gem of the BA program is the free stopover policy.Like I just wrote in the DD post you should be able to fly "one-way" LAX-LAS (stop)-DFW (stop)-ORD (stop)-CLE (stop)-JFK all for 12,500 miles + $10!
what do I stand to lose , by not applying I for sure wont get it.
I booked a business ticket JFK-HKG (stop)-DPS, SIN-BKK (stop) -HKG-JFK for 100K miles. It was a great deal and Cathay Pacific was wonderful. Taxes were around $280. The Air Asia ticket from DPS to SIN cost me $64.00
i was under the impression ba doesn't do one-ways. am i missing something?
I'm asking if you want to try putting a credit freeze on your Experian and seeing if they'll pull a different bureau...
You beat me to it I was checking who had written about doing an Experian freeze last night and were going to ask him if it works. Its you and it looks like your not sure . I guess we need a guinea pig.
Nope, I'm not sure, hence the question: "Wanna try it?".
You seem to be assuming I wont be approved without doing a freeze , why is that?
7 Experian pulls. I'm not saying you won't, but if your other reports are clear it'll be much smoother.
How about 5 Experian pulls in 12 months?
They do at exactly half the miles of a round-trip.
unless I get rejected because they couldnt pull my experian info , is that a possibility
