Any experts on using BA miles here?  Are there any other good uses for BA miles except for AA domestic/AA Hawaii and South America tickets?
The stop-over option is nice!

Flew from DFW to LGA stayed a week then went on to PIT for 12.5k BA miles instead of 25k AA (had to call BA twice to find a rep that would do it)

does it make sense in general to apply for 2 cards at once like this card and hyatt if it only costs 1 inquiry?
If both get instant approval, it is fine. But what if none of applications got instant approval, then the bank will see all the applications when they review applications. What will you tell if you are asked why you submit multiple applications?

Yup, looks like the real gem of the BA program is the free stopover policy.

Like I just wrote in the DD post you should be able to fly "one-way" LAX-LAS (stop)-DFW (stop)-ORD (stop)-CLE (stop)-JFK all for 12,500 miles + $10!
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

If they've pulled from Experian before, they'll do it again, unless they're unable to for some reason ;) Wanna try it?

I'm asking if you want to try putting a credit freeze on your Experian and seeing if they'll pull a different bureau...

I booked a business ticket JFK-HKG (stop)-DPS, SIN-BKK (stop) -HKG-JFK for 100K miles. It was a great deal and Cathay Pacific was wonderful.  Taxes were around $280.  The Air Asia ticket from DPS to SIN cost me $64.00

They do at exactly half the miles of a round-trip.

Nope, I'm not sure, hence the question: "Wanna try it?".

You seem to be assuming I wont be approved without doing a freeze , why is that?

7 Experian pulls. I'm not saying you won't, but if your other reports are clear it'll be much smoother.

How about 5 Experian pulls in 12 months?

The lower the better. There are too many other relevant factors (like credit score, outstanding credit (with Chase an other banks), utilization, credit lines, income etc. etc.) for me to have it down pat.

doubtful you'll be approved with 7 pulls in the last 6 months.    chase usually takes issue with that

They do at exactly half the miles of a round-trip.
on all ba and oneworld metal?  or only for aa?

It's possible, but I don't think so. I'd try it myself, but I have too many recent Chase apps.
