The very fact that you are asking this question shows that you really don't understand a thing that was said about the basis of this prohibition regardless of how many times you claimed to.
From everything posted you are not allowed to ignite/extinguish a fire/circuit. Please correct me.

Easy there! By turning on/off I am talking about a light switch.
Understood.
The prohibition is not 'flicking the switch'. A switch that is not attached to anything would be OK.

Flicking the switch will cause you to do a different prohibition, namely ignigting fire/building a circut, or the reverse.
Covering a lamp, closing a door or curtain  does nothing remotely that is prohibited.

I have answered every question put to me so hopefully you will answer this question. What if beef could be genetically engineered in a laboratory. Would that be a loophole for me to eat meat?

Based on this:

Saint Thomas Aquinas
“Fasting was instituted by the Church in order to bridle the concupiscences of the flesh, which regard pleasures of touch in connection with food and sex. Wherefore the Church forbade those who fast to partake of those foods which both afford most pleasure to the palate, and besides are a very great incentive to lust. Such are the flesh of animals that take their rest on the earth, and of those that breathe the air and their products.”

If the meat is engineered in a lab it is not subject to the prohibition and would be technically allowed. Might still be against the spirit of the law
Don't ask stupid questions and you won't get stupid answers

Are you trying to be funny? You know I am talking about turning on/off the light via a switch.

FTFY and THE END!
That is because the prohibition is based on the enjoyment that meat provides, not the technical organic makeup of the meat; whereas Sabbath prohibitions are prohibited due to the action being employed, not the outcome of said action. The reason most Sabbath Rabbinical ordinances are enacted is not because they deem it inappropriate to benefit from the outcome, but rather because it may lead to a prohibited action to be done. There are enactments that exist to safeguard the sanctity of the Sabbath spirit and to prevent it from feeling a weekday, but those generally aren't as stringent.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

No, reread my post. The gist of what I am saying is thet the focus of the prohibition is igniting/extinguishing. Ther is no prhibition to make rooms lighter or darker.
If you dont do that, and if you dont cause that, youre scott free, and fully allowed to do it.

I really do understand this but I am keep being told I don't.
If you would understand it then you would also understand why it is not a loophole.

Hence
Your different view is coming from a probably willful ignorance. It has been explained well here and in numerous other places.

If you would understand it then you would also understand why it is not a loophole.
I understand by your religious laws it is allowed and is not a loophole even when some members called it that. If I am basing everything on your religious laws I would say it is not a loophole but I don't adhere to your laws so why would expect me to have the same perspective?

I know all about them, and nonetheless.
Truth be told I would also love to see it happen, if there was a way to be sure that it wouldn't get out of control.
I don't know much about the genetically engineered beef but it seems a lot less messy.
I don't sin, I give myself opportunities to repent.
