Anyone think Amex will do another sweep of the old blue cash accounts and 86ing them or was that a one time shot to kill off the big fish abusing the rewards program?

They did limit it to 50k a year...

Can this card be converted to the EveryDay card? It's one of my oldest accounts so don't want to close it but it's tying up one of my 4 credit cards and I never use it.

And converting it to an EveryDay Card helps how? Still a Credit Card.
