why is it saying it cant be applied to my purchase
i tried it with an item sold by amazon and it worked (didnt buy the item bc i didnt need it, was just for testing)
now i tried this GC and it wont work

The code "AMEX16EVER" doesn't appear to work anymore. I've tried all sorts of things (on 4 different amazon accounts, some with prime and some without, regular items, GCs, etc) and it always says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."
