You are correct. I guess I was basing my info solely on ppl I knew in TR, but after some research, the avg home is 2200 sqf, and the avg lot is .25 acre. Regardless though, it's clear that the TR demographic clearly preferred shopping at GG over NPGS. "GG took over" it wasn't exactly a coup. It was market driven.

Been wondering for months if anyone is buying the skirt steak at $32 a pound (used to be a splurge purchase for us when it was around $12-15/lb). Never see anyone buying it, but the stores keep carrying it.

On that note, saw this at Everfresh in GN yesterday and could not believe someone would pay $170+, but hey...

Which Costco had kosher Skirt Steak? We shop at Costco in Mineola, Lawrence and Oceanside and I have never seen that there.

Kosher meat prices in the US are expected to skyrocket beginning next week. One of the reasons for the price hike appears to be increasing cattle prices in the US. According to a Feeder Cattle price chart, the price per pound of cattle meat was just around $125 in 2005 and again in 2020 as opposed to the $248/pound selling today.
