I want to get the card, but don't really have a business. I have a side gig that I applied with but was denied. What do I have to do to make it legitimate enough? Register with the state as a sole proprietor? Is there any downside to that?

i shifted line of credit from existing ink and pointed out good history even though maybe not enough of relationship.  explained that i need to card for separate ventures etc [both sole propetior]
