I was approved for this along with IC. I had to move around some credit from other cards though.

 I guess in a bit will go for some other chase cards.

Applied for Chase Ink unlimted business card based on the fact that I am a sole proprietor as a therapist. They asked me to provide business name and proof of address. I sent them my state liscense which has my address on it and explained the business name is my name. Yet they sent me the same letter again. Provided the documents again, got the same letter again. Anything I should be doing here? I'd rather not spend an hour on the phone, is that my only option? thanks!

I have the Ink Cash and I'd like to get the Ink Preferred for the bonus. I'd also like to get the 20K referral bonus. I'm over 5/24, but my wife is at 2/24 and has an excellent credit rating. We both have legitimate sole proprietorships, but hers is currently small (less than 10K revenue). I'd like to have an Ink Cash available for its 5X categories. Does the following scenario work?

I PC Ink Cash to Ink Preferred (presumably they charge the AF). I refer wife for Ink Preferred, and she applies for both Ink Preferred and Ink Cash. What are the chances she'll get approved for both? If it works, we'll get 150K UR for $8k spend and $190 AF.

How about she applies for both Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited? She gets 100K UR for $6k spend and no AF, plus 0% APR for 12 months.

I have the Ink biz preferred for my business, is there any reason to think my wife would be denied the bonus if she applied for an Ink biz under the same business with same TIN? Would there be reason to use her social instead and do sole proprietor?

Also, is there an easy way to determine where she is with 5/24 without calling?

I have 4 family members with the same EIN holding Ink cards. Business established as a corp in 1996 , not sure if this makes a difference though.

Get her credit report. It will list all her credit cards and the dates they were opened.

Easier to just do social & sole prop.

Creditkarma.com and click on "average age of account", gives you all the cards and the month it's opened.

It means not an instant denial, call the application status line for a better picture.
