Any Experience on booking using upside.com

Did anyone book a reservation with Upside.com ? I am looking for feedback. I am seeing some outrageous  international deals with $1000+ ticket with $1000 giftcard benefit.

Looks too good to be true. Just want to understand if they are  bait and switch packages.
