Zetov super snacks (onion rings)-changed recipe?
« on: October 26, 2016, 10:01:52 PM »
Did anyone else realize that Zetov Super snacks-onion rings flavor (yellow bag), changed their recipe? When did that happen? It now tastes like noshkes instead of the old time flavor that was all these years. I was always willing to pay more for zetov super snacks than other brands. I feel ripped off after buying a couple of cases and it's not the product i thought it is.

My grocery cashier advised me to buy different brand (forgot the name) since they changed.... This was a few months back.

If they want to rebrand to cheaper noshkes variety, that's fine, but the price is still almost double the price and the taste is the same.
I was getting afraid that my taste buds changed, so I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one that realized.  :)

My Theory is that all these years zetov was selling Bissli (always tasted the same) and now bissli had enough started making smaller bags and got rid of zetov. So zetov started selling the junk that the other company's make

I don't really consume any of these, but I was always under the impression that Zetov was an Osem rebrand for the US market, playing on their old slogan: "!זה טוב, זה טוב, זה אסם".
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Zetov was Kitov which was not an Osem brand. It was an independent brand, maybe repackaging Osem product but definitely a company located in BP.

What ever happened to the ones that looked like veggie straws but shorter?

Anyone remember that flavor?
