I am looking for a wireless internet device. Does anyone have any suggestions. I dont know what info i need to give in order to be helped, but i obviously want a good one for cheap.

Handeld or a wifi broadcaster? or maybe a modem/router? you are being waaaaay to vague. what do you want to use it for?

I dont know what info i need to give in order to be helped,
I am looking to make my internet at home wireless, i assume- but am not sure- that i need a wireless router. I have a laptop that i want to use wireless on. But have my desktop still hardwired

You can plug your computer directly into the router, and connect your other devices wirelessly.   That is the most common way of doing it.

I have a home wireless network which works great. Issue is sometimes my computer will not get online for about 5 minutes when it comes out of standby or gets turned off. Once it kicks in though it works great. Must be a computer issue as this never happens on my Ipad. Computer is a DELL but out of warranty. Any ideas?
