Just got a bunch of 80k offers in the mail.  I've been out of the game for a minute, but these don't appear to have any restrictive language.  Is that still a thing?  Any reason I wouldn't get the bonus on them if I have existing biz gold cards?

I have an old plastic BGR card.
they are offering 70k bonus to upgrade. AF would go from $175 to $295.
I would also get a shiny metal card
spending categories go to 6 categories and instead of choosing a category annually it would automatically float monthly, which is good for me. also 4x instead of 3x in that category. 
other categories are currently 2x in all, now would be 4x in the second top
no brainer or am I missing something?

I spent a lot in the past few months at a merchant who code in the category of mailing and shipping but didn’t got the 4x points anyone have experience in getting Amex to credit the extra points?

They dropped that category from the list of possible bonused categories. If you spend a lot on shipping, look into the Chase Ink Preferred.
