i have a revenue ticket NYC to MIA and an award MIA to CUN (2 hour connection time in MIA) all on AA.
Will AA check my bags from NYC to CUN. I called AA reservations and they said that the policy has changed and they will no longer (as of October) check bags through even on the same airline if the tickets are separate. Anyone have recent experience with this?
